Signature Racial Equity Activities
- Created a racial equity-focused five year strategic plan
- Created the Assistant Vice President for Equity, Inclusion and Belonging position, a Cabinet-level role
- Created a Faculty Fellow for Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity position
- Administered the USC NACCC surveys for students, faculty and staff
- Restructured our search process to increase inclusion and reduce the potential impact of biases
- Created dashboards that expand data access and utility
- Articulating REJI work with membership in Achieving the Dream Social and Economic Mobility cohort
- Launched New York City’s only Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation Campus Center.
